FAQ'S

How do I reserve a puppy?

To reserve a puppy please fill in our questionnaire (click here) and tell us a little bit about yourself and your current living situation. We absolutely love and adore our puppies and want to make sure they are going to only the best homes. We also want to make sure you are getting the right puppy to suit your family and lifestyle. Once we have received your answers we will be in contact.

Is there a waiting list?

To join our Priority Waitlist families are required to pay a $200.00 Reservation Fee.

Families should only join our Priority Waitlist if they are ready to get a puppy within the next 6-12 months.

Once a litter is born, families at the top of the list will be contacted in order of reservation fees received and they will have 24 hours to accept if they want a puppy from that specific litter list or they may choose to wait for the next available litter. We will move down the list in this order.

If you accept our puppy offer a $300.00 puppy holding fee will need to be paid.

Once this is received you will move to a litter list. From there you will start receiving updates, photos and videos on all the puppies.

We reserve the right to first and second male & female pick of any litter.

Breeder picks are reserved for future breeding hopefuls.

(Reservation & Holding fees are Non Refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the puppy)

Do the puppies come with spay/neuter contracts?

How does the puppy selection process work?

Puppies will be viewed and selected no earlier than 6 weeks of age in order of deposits received. This may be done in person or via facetime. We will also assist with helping you find the perfect puppy to match you and your lifestyle. Puppy evaluations will be performed on all puppies and the reports will be provided to everyone who has paid their holding fee.

Once we have received your payment to hold a puppy you will be kept up to date every day to get to know their personalities, be able to see how the puppies are being raised & ask us any questions along the way. If you follow us on Instagram or Facebook you will also see this.

What if I cannot attend the 6 week selection date?

If you live too far away or cannot attend the 6 week puppy selection date we are happy to Facetime you so you can see the puppies and choose this way as well as send lots of photos and videos from all angles.

What if I’m not ready when offered a puppy?

If for any reason you are not ready for your puppy when we offer you one please let us know as we want what is best for both you and the puppy. We will then offer the puppy to the next person on the list and you will still keep your place in the order unless you advise us otherwise.

If for any reason at any time you no longer wish to be on our waiting list please let us know so we can remove your name.
